Spring Commencement for the College of Letters & Science is held as three (3) separate ceremonies in one day. Click here for the list of majors and their assigned ceremony times.
Fall Commencement, on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. is a combined graduation ceremony for the four undergraduate colleges:
•College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences
•College of Biological Sciences
•College of Engineering
•College of Letters and Science
Eligibility
Any student who received a degree in September 2012 or December 2012, and who has not already participated in the December 2012 commencement ceremony, is eligible and welcome to participate in the Spring Commencement.
Any student who expects to receive a degree in March 2013 or June 2013, and has completed the 160 units required, is also welcome to participate in the ceremony.
While students expecting to graduate in September 2013 or December 2013 may participate in the Spring 2013 commencement (in June) if the minimum unit requirement has already been met, you are encouraged to participate in the Fall 2013 commencement, closer to the completion of your studies. Typically a smaller ceremony, the fall commencement allows for students to invite more guests.
For undergraduates to officially graduate, you must file a graduation application online for the term in which you will graduate during the appropriate filing periods.
