Graduation Checklist

If you need to declare or change a major, you must do so before the quarter in which you file to graduate. You cannot change your major or add a double major and graduate in the same quarter.
See a MAJOR ADVISER to confirm that you will satisfy your major requirements.

File a graduation application online with the Office of the Registrar at http://registrar.ucdavis.edu/graduation/ and, if you are pursuing a minor, file a MINOR(S) PETITION at the L&S Deans' Office, between these dates:

MARCH 2008 GRADUATION	November 7, 2007	-	January 18, 2008
JUNE 2008 GRADUATION	January 29, 2008	-	April 11, 2008
SEPTEMBER 2008 GRADUATION	May 12, 2008	-	July 7, 2008
DECEMBER 2008 GRADUATION	June 1, 2008	-	October 8, 2008

Notify L&S Deans' Office of any changes made to your FINAL QUARTER COURSE SCHEDULE, which you indicated on your candidacy form.
If you know that you will not complete requirements for graduation during the quarter for which you have filed, drop yourself from the DEGREE LIST by cancelling your graduation application online at http://registrar.ucdavis.edu/graduation/. You must re-file during the filing period for the quarter in which you will satisfy graduation requirements.
If you are eligible and intend to participate in GRADUATION CEREMONIES, you must Register Online. Be sure to follow the registration instructions carefully and to keep your confirmation receipt. Only students who register will be issued guest tickets for the ceremony.
