deYoung Museum in San Francisco

Alumni and friends received a special tour of the new deYoung Museum in San Francisco, featuring the alumni and faculty from UC Davis' Art Department. This photo features a work by Wayne Thiebaud, emeriti faculty and world-renowned artist, with docent Dorothy Benson highlighting his work.

Alumni and Friend Events

Throughout the year, you will have many opportunities to visit Davis and the College of Letters and Science, and you are welcome to participate in some of the exciting events and lectures.

Upcoming events at the college include a new lecture series ( L&S Guest Speaker Series) which features outstanding alumni, prominent scholars and thinkers from around the world.

The 2007 Picnic Day will be held on Saturday, April 14. The College of Letters and Science will be hosting its annual lunch. More details soon.
